A problem that afflicts the majority of humanity including the Muslims is a matter of singing and music. Apart from singing and music law, the majority of mankind and Muslims also prefer something that is beautiful and melodious to hear.In human nature that enjoys the sound of water splashing down, chirping birds and the sound of animals in the wild, chanting melodious voice and other sounds of nature. Singing and music are part of the beauty of art that give rise, especially for the hearing.Allowing Allah for mankind to enjoy the natural beauty, hear the melodious voices and beautiful, because that's all it was created for man.On the other hand Allah has forbidden something and have all been mentioned in the Qur `an and the hadith of the Prophet.Allah forbid that which good and bad. Halal and haram is clear.● Prophet. said:`Indeed it is clear that lawful and unlawful is clear. Among them there are doubtful, many people do not know. Who is keeping the doubtful, then selamatlah religion and honor. And who fell on the doubtful, then fell in the unlawful `. (Bukhari and Muslim).So it is clear all the affairs of Muslims. Allah does not allow mankind to live in confusion, everything has been arranged in the Islamic Sharia is very clear, as he explained the sun at noon.Therefore, all humans should be a commitment on the Islamic Sharia, which is their way of life.How Islam talks about singing and music?The term commonly used in the Hanafi madhhab on the issue of singing and music are included in the scope of ta `Maa Umm bihi balwa (something that happens to people a lot).So the discussion about these two issues must be resolved. And illegitimate is something that God forbade in His Book. The first hadith narrated by Imam Bukhari in Shahihnya, from Abi Malik Al-Ash `ari ra. Although this hadith found in Bukhari hadeeth, but the scholars memperselisihkannya. And narrated from Al-Al-Qofaal Rowayani of that madhhab Malik ibn Anas allow singing with musical instruments.Thus scholarly opinion on listening to musical instruments. And if examined closely, then Muta `ulama akhirin which forbids musical instruments because they take the attitude waro` (carefully). They see the damage incurred his day.While the Salaf from among friends and tabi `in the instrument justifies because they see there is no proof either of the Al-Qur` an and hadith are clear mengharamkannya. So that is returned to the original law is permissible.Therefore, for Muslims who listen to songs and music must consider the following factors:1.
